Josef Fishman, Chairman
In the course of his 32 career years, Mr. Fishman has filled a variety of management positions in business development, marketing, large scale program management and engineering in the fields of aerospace, defense and security. Among them: Senior V.P. of Marketing and Business Development of Asia Global Technologies, Corporate acting Vice President for marketing and business development of Israel Aerospace Industries, director of IAI’s business development in North America, marketing director of MBT – missile & space division of IAI, and program manager of a number of large scale defense programs.
Mr. Fishman holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Raffi Werner, CEO
Mr. Werner joined ODF Medical after serving as COO of QuantomiX Ltd., a leading Israeli biotech startup company. His previous position was the CEO of Lumenis Inc. located in Boston MA, a world leader in light-based medical devices. Prior to that, he was VP Operations for ESC Medical Systems Ltd. and General Manager for Laser Industrial Ltd. in Israel.
Mr. Werner holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA program of Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University.
Ilanit Gedalyoviche, VP Marketing
Mrs. Gedalyoviche joined ODF Medical in March 2008 to lead the Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities. She has over 10 years of extensive experience in International Sales & Marketing in various business sectors. Prior to ODF Medical, she was employed as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in the Automobile hi-tech industry. Prior to that, she held senior Marketing and Business Development positions in the Aviation/Aerospace and Military sectors, promoting products worldwide.
Mrs. Gedalyoviche holds a BA in Political Science and English Literature from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
Moshe Royburt, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Royburt is a graduate of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. Dr. Royburt is a specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology and is currently acting as a senior physician at the Rabin Medical Center, Israel. His current expertise lies in gynecology and reproductive endocrinology.
Dr. Royburt has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in international journals and is experienced in promoting clinical trials. He also holds a Masters degree in Health Administration (MHA) from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
Amir Fabian, Director of Medical Products Development
Mr. Fabian joined O.D.F. Medical after serving 8 years as Director of Engineering and Development at Medical Compression Systems Ltd. (MCS) a leading company in the field of pneumatic compression therapy. Mr. Fabian was one of the founders of MCS. He has over 10 years of experience in concept design, development and implementation of innovative medical device technology.
Mr. Fabian holds a degree in Earth Sciences from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
Eddie Shraga, System Engineer
Mr. Shraga joined ODF Medical in 2006. He has over six years experience in medical device R&D, in both development and project management. Prior to ODF Medical he worked for Radiancy Ltd., a leading Israeli developer of light-based systems for the aesthetic and therapeutic markets.
Mr. Shraga has additional experience in medical standardization processes and manufacturing, and holds a degree in electrical engineering from the College of Judea and Samaria.
